Has Group attended career day’s organization of Namık Kemal University Textile Engineering on May 11. Has Group had a nice conversation with students about employment opportunities, career paths and development; made job interviews and gave information about the company’s vision and human resources management.
First session of corrective action acknowledgement training, planned on May 16-20, is completed. Employees were informed about corrective actions’ benefits and operations management; and the questions of employees were answered. Trainings aiming to clarify the systems, which targets to accelerate improvement works, will continue.
Based mostly on practice, ISO 9001:2015 version acknowledgement and internal examination training, obtained from Vericert training company on May, is completed successfully. The purpose of the training, which included mostly active examinations, was to strengthen intercorporate audit system and improve the approaches based on processes.
5S training, organized on May 18, targeted improving work environment at offices and grounded on fundamental principles for each company. It’s the most fundamental improving tool and known as the most common technique used in the world.
Started with Academy group on May 18, leadership training is an educational program aiming to move managerial skill of people to the top level, improve their vision and gain information and skill in accordance with changing conditions and needs. Engineer employees of Has Group give these lessons as an example of intercorporate synergy.
